Who handles warranty and service within the EU?
We do. You report the issue to us, we resolve it with the manufacturer and coordinate inspection, repair or replacement, including the return shipment.
Warranty scope and duration depend on the manufacturer and product. We state them in writing in our quotation.
How do you handle customs and export control?
Before every shipment we check the applicable export, customs and sanctions rules and prepare the required documents with the manufacturer and freight forwarder.
If a product needs a licence or an end-use statement, we tell you early and support the application. Who handles import and customs clearance is set out in the quotation.
What are typical lead times?
That depends on the manufacturer, configuration and export review. Many lasers, crystals and control panels are built to specification.
Your quotation includes a delivery date confirmed by the manufacturer. If anything changes, we let you know straight away.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are stated in each quotation.
What documentation and conformity evidence do I receive?
That depends on the product – typically a datasheet, test or measurement report, user manual and, where required, a declaration of conformity.
We confirm which evidence you need before quoting and list the documents we commit to in the quotation.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We handle single units for laboratories as well as recurring production demand. If a manufacturer sets a minimum quantity, we tell you before quoting.
